Do you provide staff for each rental?
Certain games and attractions are staffed with trained attendants when necessary. For larger events or when extra oversight is desired, an Event Lead can be added for an additional fee.

What does it cost to rent games, arcade games and other attractions?
Pricing varies based on the games selected, event location, and duration. The best way to receive accurate pricing is by submitting an online rental request.
Is there a minimum rental time for games and attractions?
Rental times vary by attraction. Some games are priced hourly with a minimum booking requirement, while others are offered at a flat event rate. Even if your event is shorter, minimum pricing may still apply depending on the game selected.
When should I book my games or attractions?
There is no strict deadline to reserve your games, but booking as early as possible is strongly recommended to secure your preferred attractions and event date.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes. A minimum booking total of $1,000 applies to game and attraction rentals. This minimum does not include taxes, labor or delivery fees.
How can I tell if the games will fit in my desired location?
During the booking process, we’ll review your location details with you to make sure the selected games and attractions are a good fit for the available space.
Can your games and attractions be set up outdoors?
Many of our games and attractions can be set up outside. We’ll review your event details, surface type, and weather considerations to confirm outdoor suitability.
What do your staff wear at events?
Our team is dressed in black pants, black closed-toe shoes, and Axtreme Entertainment–branded collared shirts to ensure a clean and polished presence at your event.
Is tipping required for your staff?
Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated by our event team.
